One of my promises to myself once I turned 40 was to look after myself much better than I did in my 30s and not only my physical self (although that is proving hard enough to be honest) but my spiritual self as well. I am pretty good at remembering to meditate and to spend time reading and learning new things, but I have been less than good at actually going out and getting someone else to do some healing for me. My personal challenge is to try some new healing therapies and visit someone at once a month to help me stay in balance.
So, yesterday I had my very first Angelic Reiki session. I am a Reiki practitioner myself and use it both for self-healing and for my clients, but have been very recently drawn to Angelic Reiki. All I can say is that it was AMAZING! I truly enjoyed being the client for a change and relaxing whilst my therapist did her thing and felt a huge wave of calm and insight during the session.

I can honestly say that it has helped me and that I am looking forward to booking another session in the future. During the session I was also reminded of an Aura Soma taster session I had a couple of years ago and know that this is another therapy that I will be trying soon.
